The mjor title compaines like FATCOLA, Chicago, etc may issue a commitment if you pay up front...they may not.

If you absolutely MUST have title insurance before the purchase I'd go to ....http://www.taxtitleservices.com/aboutus.asp...they will insure just about anything.'

However: They will charge you $750.00 UP FRONT and cashier check...BEFORE they will do anything else.

If you need them they are worth it...if you are speculating that you may be the successful bidder..that is another question.
