I also am a wholesaler. That's amazing that you did that type of volume in the current market.
I live in Memphis and was just wondering, if it's not asking too much, what methods did you use to build and cultivate your buyers' list? We have a ton of foreclosures here, but buyers seem to be in shorter supply than ever. Not only that, but everybody is really picky these days. "...only cosmetic rehabs that i can get at 50 cents on the dollar."
Seriously. Can't say i blame'em though.
Having said that, it could be my own fault as well. Only now am i beginning to realize the importance of building and maintaining a solid buyers' list.
