If your asking me its up in Northern Califatown called Redding.
I plan to go to Idaho again this June check things out. I Also want to check on my properties up there I love it there so any excuse to take a trip works for me..
There are some good deals up there. Nampa Idaho about 20 minutes from Boise is the place I have been buying the past 3 yrs.
