I doubt he got 10% if any through any Conventional listings. Most of the real deals never make it to a RE Office but are found through Bird dogging or from placing ads in the paper like "Will buy your house for cash in 24 hours". Even Bandit Signs will get you some response if they stay out for more than 24 hours before someone cuts them up or takes them down.
Good luck on finding the real deals which are not listed anywhere.
