OK.... A friend of mine is selling his house, for which i found a buyer for... he wants 120 for it which is payoff... comps put it at about 210... my buyer is willing to pay 135 for the house but is getting a conventional loan... I cannot assign a contract for this house because of the buyers financing... my friend is ok with me making 15k off the house... but i was wondering if i could simply place a mortgage on the house for the 15k that way the buyers loan can cover my assignment fee at closing... and if so what forms do i need to file to get this done...
