These techniques wont work in your area because in NYC no one has ever been foreclosed on or facing foreclosure, the market is not declining in NYC, no homeowner has ever needed to get rid of their property due to unforseen circumstances like job loss or divorce, No motivated sellers in NYC. If you try to help someone out of a bad situation in NYC you may go to jail!!!! Does this sound silly
