I'm planning to bid on a house at the house. The note is in 1st position. I've verified it left and right with title search and everything. However, in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th positions, there is a Department of Revenue Lien, a lien from L&I, and one from Employment Security. I want to know if I bid this house at the auction and win, would this effectively wipe away all these other liens? These seemingly junior liens were recorded after the 1st got recorded. However, what I fear is that these liens may hold superior positions relative to the 1st lien due to the fact that because they're liens from the state...
Please let me know.
Thank you,
Brian
