Just taking it slow and conservative here. I've only bought two houses in the last six months. I wholesaled one of them to another investor, and I'll put a tenant in the other and hold for a year. I've been making offers and coming "close" to deals, but sellers still want too much money. I don't NEED to buy a house. As a matter of fact, the last 3 houses I bought were from people who had turned down my previous offers 6-12 months prior. Anyone else seeing that? Never burn a bridge!
