You're missing the boat. Hopefully it won't sail before you decide to get off the dock. Today is a perfect storm for buying, unlike anything that I have personally seen in 4 decades of buying real estate. Interest rates are at all time low, foreclosures are at an all time high, and in many places prices have either stabilized or declined. What are you waiting for?
