I am buying MHs on large residential lots & holding them. They ca$h flow beautifully, as they rent for nearly as much as stick-built, but they co$t a lot less. There is not as much potential appreciation as in stick-built, but my goal is monthly income for myself &, eventually, my heirs. Decent affordable housing has always been my strategy, & I tend to keep RE instead of flipping.
The MH Forum on this site is a wealth of information & resources, & Tony & Scott's Boot Camp is coming up in August. It's a real bargain, & many of us alumni attend each year. The education & the networking are priceless, & I've done deals there (once, quietly, right in the classroom).
