I write an on line publication for RE investors.
As I was sitting here trying to decide on a topic I was thinking of what
information would be beneficial for an investor at this time.
Since the snow has finally thawed and we get geared up for warmer temps. I was
hoping to get some input on what types of maintenance should be done to
rentals at this time of the year.
Your input would be grateful and proper recognition given.
