My experience with MH's has been very good, I just sold my last one within a week of buying it, back in Feb 08. Consider running an ad to see how much interest you get. Also, if it's a DW on land, then financing should not be hard for your buyers, compared to a singlewide. Thing to remember is there is a need for affordable housing, at least in my area.
