I agree with you. A "Discount" is not a "Deal". I need to buy a property at 50 cent on the dollar to 65 cent or HOPEFULLY LOWER! :)
Nothing like being Stuck with a stupid house that you can't sell and the rents don't cover the mortgage. If it don't fit the "profile". NEXT, NEXT, NEXT!
