I would like to find good avenues to research the properties in my area.
I personally feel that the prices are still to high on the REO's & forclosers the only good deals that I can see are some short sales which from what I am told take months and the banks usually won't accept the offers anyway..
I am just carefully waiting on the sidelines.. I have never bought a forcloser, short sale or REO so I am being very careful..
