I live in high market too. I am marketing heavily only looking for multiunits that fit my profile. Rental market is good in my area. Also looking out of town for same profiles. I turned down a 3 unit rehab because they wanted a little more than my offer. I don't want to overpay in this Buyer's market. Next!!
There are deals in every market just have to keep "throwing spagetti at the wall".
