There are other "off-the-shelf" products out there that you might want to check out, especially if you do any pre-sale acquisitions or jr. bene buyouts.
Another thing that I wasn't pleased with was that Sharkbait was written in an older version of Ms-Access that caused us some technical conflict issues. They were mostly resolved, however the "support" guy (program's author) wanted us to change our system rather than accommodate the user. Since my tech guy is an Access expert, it seemed like we were taking two steps back.
On the positive side, I heard that the product may have been since sold to another vendor, who may have improved the product.
We finally went back to custom software based on Access and it works great. I'll see if I can find any other products and re-post for you later.
