I have an opportunity to buy a doublewide with its own land for about 150k. It's built in 1985 and worth about 230k in as-is condition. My plan is to buy it and then flip/sell it to an end buyer via conventional financing. The problem is that I heard it's pretty tough selling mobile homes nowadays. I don't want to buy it and get stuck with it. What's your take on something like this?
