William Bronchick is a nationally-known attorney, author, entrepreneur, and speaker. He has been practicing law and real estate since 1990, having been involved in over 700 transactions. He has trained countless people all over the country to become financially successful. His book, Flipping Properties, was named one of the ten best real estate books of the year by the Chicago Tribune.
William Bronchick has served as President of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors since 1996. He is admitted to practice law before the bars of New York and Colorado.

Garrett Sutton is a best-selling author, attorney and real estate investor. He has been assisting individuals, business and real estate investors determine their appropriate corporate structure, limit their liability, protect their assets and advance their personal and financial goals for over twenty five years.
Garrett Sutton is a member of the state bars of Nevada and California and is a licensed California real estate broker. He is the founder of SuccessDNA and hosts the SuccessDNA Radio Hour. He is also a member of Robert Kiyosaki’s "Rich Dad’s Advisor" series and has published the following books:
