Question by Rob:

If you are doing lease options as an LLC, do you need to be a licensed real estate agent to make the sale since the LLC holds interest in the property and not you the individual?

Answer By William Bronchick:

If the LLC is acting as a principal, neither it nor you (as an officer/manager of the Company) needs a license.
