Sometimes it happens that the bank does NOT get its mtg placed on the MH as its title has not been surrendered and merged with the land.
Likely here the bank made sure that the MH title was surrendered and merged with the RE so they got a mtg on both.
A check with his county tax office would tell anybody what is included in the real estate there and whether the MH is or not.
