That one exception c an make a difference. As a senior mortgage banker(Illinois) Cameron mentioned "Simultaneous Closings" which the iFlip system is about( my opinion).Unless,I have missed something in my tenure years as a mortgage banker the state of Illinois and its Title companies (so they have said)do not favor simultaneous closings. Having to work with them,I have not done one simultaneous closing,yet! Not that it cannot be done,I just have not done on personally. Thoughts?
