I wanted to find out if it is possible to use IRA funds as a bargaining power to purchase a property... my credit and equity is ok but I don't have alot of $ to put down or use for closing costs....so what I was thinking is can you use retirement IRA's as leverage to purchase and make creative financing...right now I have $30k in IRA's and would like to borrow against it to use that as a down deposit
