I am making offers on REO's at 60% of the value of the property. I am looking for a Hard Money Lender that will finance the properties at 60% of the value of the property. I am looking at reselling the properties I purchase within 3 months. If you know anyone who is a lender, please forward me there information. Thank you!!!
