Need some advice. I have been looking for a 2-3 family investment property (i already own one 2 family). I found one that has potential and after contacting two mortgage companies both said i would need at least 30% down. I dont have nor want to put 3o% down. The property is listed at 70k. Properties in area are going for around 150k for similiar. Any advice on how to obtain property? Realtor of property has of coursed asked if I was prequalified and the two mortgage companies wouldnt even do that!
