ANd the safety net for that is a Refinance and without good credit you can not get off their.
Looks for Private Money partenrs open a equity trust or entrust IRA and go to the local funtions met people with money..... If you have neither credit nor money you ned to offer you LABOR as a partner to people who have credit and Money but no time.
