an 11.76% drop over the past 18 months is no surprise to people in many parts of the country. why does it surprice you? not sure what part of NY we are talking about. is this appraisal inconsistent with how your market has performed?
and help me understand how you could not know you signed onto an adjustable rate mortgage.
