Clarification: There is no FHA conventional loan--the 2 are completely different types of loans. Find out which type of loan you are being offered.
As far as providing the letter, don't do anything illegal--its that simple. It's not worth it. I'm not sure why they would require to show that you pay $1750 month if you have strong credit and good income, unless your lender has guidelines that require you to not have payment shock (paying a lot more for mortgage than rent). Find a different program that does require this letter or a different letter.
