No, its the same issue, well it is the issue. My uncle is a foreign national, which is the problem as he has limited options. What lenders have you used in the past? I talked to my uncle today and he is willing to go with a hard money lender as he plans to pay the house off in 3 - 5 years anyway. He has 35% down payment.
So can he get a FHA loan as a foreign national ?
