Is the foreign national question a seperate issue?

I'm actively researching lenders for true foreign nationals. Close quite a few of these last year but the market place changed and all my lenders are gone. Have asked my foreign national prospects just to keep in touch as hopefully be the end of the year some opportunities will come up.

I would look at having your uncle get an FHA loan and add his kids on to the loan.
