This will be my 4th deal in 15 months and I hope to pick up a couple more flips before the year is out. I feel that as long as I continue to offer them an attractive place to put their money........I'll continue to get more and more of it. In 4-5 years I hope to be able buy a commercial property in $300k-$500k range and I'm pretty sure that they'll be happy to back me when that day comes.
