I could, but unless you're buying in NE Indiana it wouldn't do you any good. My bank, like a lot of small local banks only lend within their community. They like to do most of their commercial lending within a 2 county area.
I think you kinda missed the whole point of the post. I want you to go to a bank that is LOCAL TO YOU. They are the ones that you will have the most sucess with. Re-read the last section and get started.
