Some states allow you to create the LLC on the web. You can then get an EIN from the IRS. For some LLCs, you will need to print and fax their form in. Takes 2 days that way, immediate if the online process accepts your form. Then take all the papers to the bank and get your account. For a new LLC, do not expect the bank to offer you any kind of LOC, you may have to get a business credit card instead.
Its such a simple process, I would have a hard time paying a lawyer for this.
