Hi Ed...good to see you are alive and well.
I was starting to wonder what happened to you since Las Vegas [aka Win Vegas]. I last saw you holding court with many people around you in the roundtable forums. Me? I was entranced with the Paper to Gold King in the next room :) That TLV is one of the greatest creative real estate 'gurus' I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
FYI, our Ca High Desert resort/gambling project is coming together very well at this point. All one has to do is pay plenty of points and interest! :)

Our corporate team down here in SD is still hammering the reo and preforeclosure deals. It is likely we will have some for funding soon.
Many of the cycle gurus are predicting a crash as much as 50% until about 2010.....your thoughts?
