I have started just by applying for a Home Depot and Lowe's Commercial credit lines, Staples credit card, and Kinko's credit card, all of which require that I personally guarantee the line of credit, but the credit line is in the corporate name. I also have my cell phone in the company name, since it is used for receiving business calls and messages while I'm at my day job.
I haven't bought any property in the company name yet, but I would guess that traditional lenders will require that I co-sign the note with my corporation until I do build up cash and credit history in the corporation. But the above ideas are a start.
