(1) Ethics:
Your word is your bond. Unlike many in the outside world, Players Club
members are required to stand by their commitments. This ethical standard is the basis for
some of the greatest achievements in history. When violated, it has been the cause of many
of the worlds greatest calamities. We regard each Players Club member as having the
courage, insight and perseverance to carry this standard not only as a pledge to other
members, but to any and everyone he or she does business with. As a Players Club
applicant, you give your word to each existing member, that the
information submitted on your application to join is truthful and complete. You
give your word to each existing member that in future discussions or transactions
with fellow members, you are a person who can be trusted to act in the highest ethical
manner. As a Players Club member you give your word to each existing member,
that you will hold these standards for membership to be your personal standards
of behavior as long as you remain a member. As a Players Club member you must set the
example to all around you. Do not give your word carelessly or lightly. Any single violation
of this precept is grounds for ejection from and cancellation of your membership
in the club.
(2) Confidentiality:
All discussions regarding current investment techniques, details about ongoing deals or
completed deals, either on the Players Club news group, through E-mail or in person with
other members are considered private and confidential and to be kept within the
membership. In addition, each member shall closely guard and keep confidential his or her
private Players Club membership "password". This standard of confidentiality is
the same as one would find in any partnership or private association. Any and all
information meeting this criteria and passed between members or to the group as a whole
shall fall under this standard. Any single violation of this precept is grounds
for ejection from and cancellation of your membership in the club.
(3) Experience:
Membership to the Players Club assumes each member has more than a basic understanding
of real estate, paper or mobile home investing. As such, every member, as a condition of
acceptance into membership, must prove to the satisfaction of the founders, that he or she
has successfully completed at least one real estate, paper or mobile home investment,
while acting as a principal, other than his or her own personal residence. Proof may be in
the form of submitted copies of any or all of the following documents;
(a) Recorded deed of ownership
(b) Recorded contract of sale or purchase
(c) Closing documents from a reliable escrow company or escrow attorney
(d) Notarized documents showing a completed assignment.
All documents submitted will be returned to the applicant in the event membership is
denied. Supporting documents from those accepted for membership will be kept confidential.
NOTE : This requirement may be waved under special
curcumstances (contact office).
(4) Reporting Requirement:
Any and all transactions completed as a result of interaction between Players
Club members must be reported to the club headquarters. We are not
asking for personal information here, only numbers to use as leverage in the
financing community. A completed transaction report is necessary for three (3) reasons:
(a) To determine that networking within the membership has enhanced a member's ability
to locate deals, resources or strategies that enabled him or her to profit from membership
in the Players Club.
(b) To keep records and report the gross dollar profit for the club as a whole. This
information empowers the group to attract outside financing and investment sources to
provide money at better terms and in amounts necessary for club members to do more deals
and/or larger deals.
(c) To identify those members that need additional assistance or training to improve their
knowledge, ability and skills. As a group, we are only as strong as our weakest member.
All transaction reports shall be kept confidential by club headquarters. An overview of
the clubs activities, overall membership progress and a summary of completed deals shall
be published to the membership quarterly. This standard benefits all members as a group.
Any single violation of this precept is grounds for ejection from and
cancellation of your membership in the club.
(5) Membership Dues:
Annual membership dues are $350.00, payable in total at the time of application for
initial membership and upon each renewal date, one year from the date membership is
approved. Any applicant denied membership, shall receive a refund of the annual dues
submitted by return mail.
