Step 1. Review the Standards for Membership. Read all paragraphs, 1 through 5. Step 2. Print out the Membership Application form. Fill the form out completely, sign where indicated, then fax or mail it to Players Club headquarters. Step 3. Make copies of the document or documents necessary to prove yourexperience and fax or mail it (or them) along with your Application. If your application for membership is accepted, we will notify you by email and give you your individual password which will allow you access to the Players Club area and all of the benefits therein.
