The NC economy is bad, it may double dip, just do not overextend yourself.
I have not found any screaming buys lately in my area, but if one did appear, i would be interested.
Fear is in the air.
It SHOULD be a buyers market, though the deals are not apparent to me yet. The pricing is not much better now for what i look for than it was 3-5 years ago when things were rocking.
