Storm Doors

Looking for any ideas on how I can prevent damage to the storm doors on my mobile homes. Seems like the chains at the top of the doors do not hold well & next thing you know they are being slammed against the wall of the home. I have some with Pneumatic Closer with Shock Spring but they even get tore off when the wind catches them. These gust of winds in Texas seem to make the doors act like a kite. Any Ideas ?
