I know what you mean but in this particular case I am thinking of buying a brand new modular home, double wide or bigger, for my personal residence. I plan on living in it myself for 10 or 20 years possibly longer.
This is to put on a lot I already own, to replace a house that is so far gone it is not worth fixing.
