LOL--good idea.. add $25 a month...... mostly when someone moves out that has smoked, kilz will cover up about anything you cant scrape off with a putty knife.Put some new $5 window blinds in from lowes or homeless depot,likz the ceiling, walls and floor,put in new carpet,and clean the light fixtures or better yet, for $9 each, you can buy new ones.
