PLEASE keep in mind, when you buy a mobile home, you don't want to buy something and put personal touches in it as if YOU are moving into it.You want the basic livable space,heat and air,stove, fridge,and carpet on the floor.You can buy something,at least in my market, cheaper than you can put the lot and home together.No codes, no setups, ect. What I usually buy needs a coat of paint, a few holes in the floor fixed and some $5.00 a yd carpet...
