Safe Act Indiana

Anyone know the status of the Safe act in Indiana? I have looked high and low and cannot find any information on this. I do know from doing research it looks like to be a loan originator you must work under the "umbrella" of a loan broker, so even that would not be an option. If we can no longer do "owner financing" what are our options?
