Cole, If the home has been on the market for two years how are you finding someone to buy it? I tried some straight flips a couple of years ago before things got this bad and even then it was almost impossible to find anyone that could qualify. And I was paying their down payment and closing cost for them.Don't get me wrong I'm not doubting you, just would like to know your marketing strategy.
