if you closed a piece of property with a mobile home on it, you should receive a deed in the mail and a title to the home within a few weeks.. those government employees dont get in much of a hurry.If the m.h. title has been retired, it wil state that in your property deed, but they record the deed,run it thru the differant offices of the court house and then you will receive it in the mail....
