If you bought RE w MH on it you should have had an escrow closing and got a deed to your property.
Now it may be that you did but the county clerk's office just hasn't returned it to after it was recorded. This process sometimes takes a number of days.
Call the escrow co that did the closing and ask them about your deeds and whether they were recorded and when you'll be getting the signed originals.
The real estate agent involved could also tell you where the deed is.
On the deal w/o a REA how did you do the escrow/closing on that one?
*A title or registration, just like buying a car. A MH is personalty, same as car, furniture, etc. so no deed on those items of pers. property.
