Just doing ballpark numbers for the items you have listed I come up with about $1500.00 using rates from where I live (WI). That doesn't include any labor to do any of the work - can you put in floor, lay carpet, do plumbing, level a trailer, paint, fix the furnace? I would add another $500.00 - $750.00 if you can't. If you are going to do the work when will you have time? I can only work on my trailers on the weekends and every job takes longer than you think, especially the first time around. At $600.00/month I can easily see this taking a couple months and adding another $1200.00. Plus, don't forget the utilities, water, electricity, insurance. It sounds like there is a lot of potential for profit but remember, your bills for your supplies will come due before you get all your money from your customer, do you have money in the bank to cover them? Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
Dave
