Up until recently my average length of stay (LOS) was 7.4 mos, similar to Ryan's.
Lately I've gotten a number of longER term homes back increasing the average LOS to 12 mos. but the median is around 9.4 mos.
The good news is most of these have now paid for themselves and I get to sell them again. Lonnie would point out the yield is good 'nuff.
