Florida - MH Title Issue

I purchased a mobile home in a park a few years back.
When I attempted to change the title work to my name I was told that I needed a bill of sale signed as well. I have been unable to locate the seller.
Shortly after I purchased the home I put a t/b in place who I told if he made his rent payments for me for 4 years I would sign the mh over to him.
What can I do to clear this up? I'm unable to locate the seller who I paid $$$ to.
