We have paid our dues to be able work in the parks for 3 years. Lately we have had this subject happen to us also. Managers see the dollar sign and try close us out. However, they will offer us "basket case" homes where nobody wants to do the work due to high repair costs. We agree and say "no thanks." Just keep trying and stay "alert" for changes of management which may allow you to do biz again in the future.
