Appreciate your input on this post. I've gotten a little further along with this property. My wife and I met with the owners for a few hours last week discussing this park and what we might be able to work out. They want out of the headache of managing this park due to health reasons and are willing to finance with very favorable terms.

My biggest concern right now is whether I may be stepping into a landlording role that I will find down the road to be too much to handle. The cash flow would be very good, but I'm concerned about the management aspect.

Give me some of your experience in regard managing a park like this. Do you ever Lonnie deal the homes in your park or do you only prefer them to remain as rentals? Seems like some investors have gone the landlord route while others absolutely will not buy a park and leave them as rentals.
